Implementation Manager (Finance, NORDICS)

Job summary

The role involves managing multiple implementations of a financial platform from initiation to go-live, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory, preferably with Big 4 or similar firms.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and build trust with senior finance executives.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in project delivery.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the implementation process.
• Translate finance requirements into platform specifications.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage project scope and address any deviations proactively.
• Train customer finance teams for effective platform use post-launch.
• Contribute to the development of implementation playbooks and templates.
