Graduate Management Consultant (Supply Chain, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role is designed for graduates eager to contribute to complex supply chain transformation projects, starting in Copenhagen with a subsequent transfer to Aarhus after one year.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics with strong academic performance.
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts through internships, student roles, or thesis projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced planning processes, including forecasting, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Facilitate client workshops and train stakeholders to enhance process designs and promote continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable process designs and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on digital planning transformations, particularly with SAP IBP and similar platforms.
• Execute projects that optimize planning tools and processes to enhance performance management.
