Job summary

This role involves providing strategic and operational support in Human Resources to enhance workforce effectiveness within the organization. The position focuses on business partnering, strategic HR improvements, and data analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources Management within an international organization or large corporation.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support by researching policies, analyzing data, and advising on HR matters.
• Contribute to the enhancement of HR systems, policies, and processes through feedback and recommendations.
• Support the delivery of HR services including recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
• Collaborate across units to support capacity-building initiatives and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Collect and analyze HR data to monitor key metrics and improve reporting processes.
• Manage and support team members to ensure high-quality delivery of HR services.

• Strong ability in workforce planning and data analysis.
• Proficient in policy interpretation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in team management and providing guidance.
• Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language.
• Experience at the international level and within the UN system.
• Familiarity with SAP, TMS, and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
