Job summary

An experienced HR Transformation Program Manager is sought to lead significant transformation initiatives within a global HR organization. This role focuses on transitioning from a country-based HR structure to a globally aligned operating model, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of HR services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in leading HR transformation programs, HR operations, or large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Proven track record in delivering global or multi-country transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with HR operating models and end-to-end HR process design.
  • Experience with HR technologies such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • Project or program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred.
  • Knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end global HR transformation program, ensuring effective planning and governance.
  • Establish program governance and decision-making forums for clear priorities.
  • Manage the HR transformation portfolio in collaboration with the Global HR Leadership Team.
  • Build partnerships with senior HR leaders and stakeholders to secure sponsorship and maintain momentum.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR colleagues during the transition.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy.
  • Identify program risks and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation while aligning with global HR policies.

Skills

Expected travel is approximately 20–40 days per year, depending on project phases and business needs.
