Job summary

This part-time role involves supporting the HR team in various projects and processes, contributing to a sustainable future. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires approximately 10-15 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, People & Business Development, or a related field, with at least 2 years remaining in the program.
  • Ability to work independently and engage proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with ongoing projects such as performance management and talent management.
  • Support bonus processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Finance.
  • Prepare data and reports for presentations.
  • Help plan and facilitate events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant Master’s program.
