Job summary

This role involves leading the HR Project Portfolio Management to support the strategic transformation of the HR function within the organization. The position is critical for ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and execution of HR initiatives aligned with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in governance and portfolio management, handling multiple initiatives and making prioritization decisions.
• Broad understanding of various HR disciplines, including HR Operations, Learning & Development, Rewards, and Organisational Development.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders across global teams.
• Analytical skills with experience in working with data and KPIs to derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in strategy execution and change management within HR or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the yearly HR roadmap, focusing on key priorities.
• Establish and implement a project governance framework for the HR Leadership Team.
• Monitor project progress, reporting, and risk management across the HR portfolio.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions to allocate resources effectively.
• Enhance project management capabilities within the HR team through mentoring and sharing best practices.
• Utilize HR data and KPIs to inform decision-making and strategy execution.
