Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, contributing fully to business objectives.
• Drive initiatives for leadership and specialist development, including training and coaching.
• Collaborate with leaders on performance management strategies.
• Identify, develop, and retain internal talent.
• Advise on employee relations and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, tools, and KPIs to support a strong workplace culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting clear expectations and priorities.
• Foster collaboration between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers.
• Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience using recruitment insights and data.
