Job summary

An experienced HR Generalist is sought to enhance the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. This role focuses on fostering a strong people culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational values and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training & development, and offboarding.
• Develop and refine HR policies and procedures to align with company culture and goals.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance.
• Manage employee benefit programs, ensuring timely enrollment and communication.
• Lead the performance management process to promote a feedback-rich culture.
• Create and implement initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Utilize HR data and reporting tools for strategic decision-making and compliance.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal regulations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; HR certification or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or cloud-focused setting.
• Proficient with HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR) and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and learning & development programs.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and adaptability to change.
