  • Awareness of current HR trends and interest in AI applications in HR
  • Proficient communication skills in Danish and English

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to payroll for hourly employees
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Compile statistics and reporting
  • Manage maternity administration for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure high data quality
