Job summary

The role involves serving as a strategic HR partner to the Global Commercial leadership team, focusing on translating business strategies into actionable people agendas that drive growth and profitability. The HR Director will lead initiatives that enhance talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture within a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR roles within large, global, and matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in commercial functions such as retail, eCommerce, merchandising, sales, or marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Demonstrated success in strategic business partnering, talent management, and leadership development.
• High commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
