HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job summary

This role provides comprehensive HR support and coaching for leaders in the CSS EMEIA region, focusing on engagement, talent acquisition, development, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with HR counterparts and Centers of Excellence to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to coach and advise leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of HR programs and processes aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSS EMEIA leaders to implement HR initiatives that align with strategic goals.
• Act as a coach and advocate for leadership teams and employees.
• Develop and execute HR plans related to organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Lead M&A activities to ensure successful integration.
• Guide change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.
• Advise on total rewards strategies to improve performance and engagement.

Education
