Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role within an international digital or technology-focused company.
  • Strong background in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to manage HR metrics and demonstrate business impact.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits processes and HR analytics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • High resilience and adaptability in complex situations.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
