This role focuses on enhancing organizational capabilities through innovative learning solutions and talent development initiatives. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders to identify learning needs and implement effective training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development.
  • Experience in designing, coordinating, or delivering learning initiatives.
  • Interest in AI-enabled learning tools and digital technologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and identify capability gaps.
  • Implement and improve digital learning solutions and AI tools.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs based on adult learning principles.
  • Coordinate training logistics and manage the execution of sessions.
  • Administer the Learning Management System and track participation.
  • Support onboarding frameworks and other HR development initiatives.

Skills

  • Ability to identify and close capability gaps.
  • Strong networking and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in managing Learning Management Systems and onboarding processes.
  • Structured approach to task execution and training delivery.

Education

  • Degree in a relevant field as mentioned in the qualifications.

Tools

  • Learning Management System (LMS), digital learning tools, and AI-powered learning solutions.
