About the role

Job summary

An experienced HR Business Partner is sought to support a growing organization in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role involves strategic partnership and hands-on delivery, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations. The HR Business Partner will work closely with approximately 100 employees and 12 leaders, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant HR certifications or professional memberships are a plus.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish labour law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Danish labour law and HR compliance.
  • Support leaders with performance management and organizational challenges.
  • Lead the integration of CamVision, aligning structures and processes.
  • Develop onboarding programs and improve HR processes for employee experience.
  • Partner with managers on recruitment and talent management.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in both strategic and operational environments.
  • Experience in building and improving HR processes.
  • Familiarity with collective agreements is advantageous.

Tools

  • HR management systems and tools for onboarding and performance management.
