• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
• Advocate for company culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Build leadership pipelines aligned with future organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and local regulations while acting as a liaison between the business and HR community.
