Hospital Manager

Job summary

The Hospital Manager will play a crucial role in driving and developing the hospital product portfolio within the Parallel Import Hospital segment. This position involves full commercial responsibility for selected markets, focusing on public tenders and collaboration with various internal departments.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in trading, procurement, portfolio management, tender management, or a similar commercial area is preferred
• International organization experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender bidding process and influence future business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital customers and stakeholders
• Prepare and coordinate public tenders while ensuring timely product availability
• Monitor market developments and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze tender and market data to support strategic decision-making
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio performance and business growth
