Head of Transfer Pricing Operations (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role is focused on leading the operational transfer pricing initiatives within a global logistics organization. The Head of Transfer Pricing Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing operations, including system enablement, data optimization, compliance, and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Transfer Pricing, particularly in operational and advisory roles, ideally within industry or Big 4.
• Background in accounting and finance, especially related to Transfer Pricing and Tax Operations.
• Familiarity with technology enablement, system implementations, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for operational transfer pricing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the global Transfer Pricing Operations team, collaborating with compliance and operational colleagues.
• Drive projects aimed at enhancing data processes, technology integration, and automation.
• Establish and maintain governance for transfer pricing data and processes.
• Foster continuous improvement and contribute to the long-term transfer pricing strategy and operating model.
