Job summary

The Head of Technology and Product is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing product and engineering functions in a rapidly growing service line. This position focuses on enhancing platform reliability, release quality, and product delivery to support the company's growth trajectory while developing a strategic technology and product roadmap for the next 2-3 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale, preferably in data, AI/ML, or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record in establishing long-term technology vision and executing multi-year roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the foundational platforms, ensuring high release quality and audit readiness.
• Define and implement the product and technology strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Anticipate market and technology trends to maintain industry leadership in AI training data.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to shape cross-domain strategies and ensure integration within the technology ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of technology professionals across various locations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology and product teams.
• Act as the executive technology partner, collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop impactful solutions.
• Represent the technology division externally, enhancing visibility and reputation in the AI and data sectors.
