Job summary

This role involves leading regional marketing efforts in the Nordics on a fixed-term basis to drive growth and enhance market presence. The position focuses on generating new annual recurring revenue (ARR) through effective marketing strategies and collaboration with sales and partner stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading regional or field marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology context.
• Strong background in demand generation, events, and customer marketing, with a record of driving marketing-sourced pipeline and new ARR.
• Experience collaborating with sales and partner stakeholders in a revenue-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of funnel performance and the lead lifecycle.
• Ability to align company strategy with local execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across enterprise and mid-market segments.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation to increase marketing-generated leads and new ARR.
• Utilize a mix of channels including events, webinars, email campaigns, content localization, PR, and digital marketing.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional sales and partners, ensuring alignment on goals.
• Develop regional plans that support both direct and partner-influenced growth.
• Manage the regional events strategy to ensure effective pipeline impact.
• Oversee the progression of marketing-generated leads through the sales funnel.
• Build regional customer advocacy through stories and case studies.
• Collaborate with various marketing teams to align regional needs with broader strategies.
• Provide regional market insights to influence company planning and messaging.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is preferred.
