Head of Quality & Sustainability (Green Industry Transformation)

Job summary

The Head of Quality & Sustainability will lead the development and governance of quality management systems and sustainability frameworks within the Green Industry Transformation sector. This role is pivotal in integrating quality and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle and enhancing project delivery across the Business Area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management, sustainability, or assurance in complex project environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on capability building and driving change.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Deep understanding of ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern quality and sustainability methodologies and assurance standards.
• Support early project development and customer discussions from a quality and sustainability perspective.
• Lead the onboarding and development of specialists within the Quality & Sustainability function.
• Drive the adoption of common quality and sustainability approaches and introduce new working methods.
• Act as a key integrator between planning, cost, risk, project governance, quality, and sustainability.
• Identify quality and sustainability-related deviations and support corrective actions.
• Oversee the Business Area's sustainability reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills

• Strong functional leadership and capability-building abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a culture of quality and sustainability.
• Proficient in developing and improving management systems in certified environments.

Education
