Job summary

The organization seeks a transformative Head of PMO to unify two separate PMO teams into a single center of excellence. This role involves designing and executing a central operating model to enhance global production, technology, supply chain, and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PMO, project management, risk management, project controls, or portfolio management.
• Proven people management experience or extensive experience in complex project and portfolio management.
• Ability to set clear direction and engage stakeholders in change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the PMO operating model, governance, risk management, reporting, and project controls framework.
• Enhance portfolio transparency and strengthen project follow-up through effective management of milestones, risks, schedules, and performance.
• Standardize PMO practices across existing setups to build a cohesive PMO function.
• Provide senior leadership with insights and decision support while fostering collaboration across functions.

Skills

• Experience in complex project environments, including technical delivery and investment projects.
• Ability to build or reshape a PMO.
• Strong understanding of PMO operating models, governance, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education

• A relevant degree in engineering, business, finance, project management, or a similar field.
• Leadership training and certifications such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies relevant to PMO operations.
