Job summary

This leadership role involves guiding a team of project managers to enhance project execution standards and deliver complex CAPEX projects. The position focuses on developing a high-performing project management function while ensuring compliance with governance and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, particularly with CAPEX or complex investment projects.
• Recognized project management certification.
• Proven leadership experience in developing teams of Project Managers or managing a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Strong track record in coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Experience in strengthening project governance and leading change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
• A structured and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Foster a collaborative team culture through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure consistent application of project governance and methodologies.
• Support project managers in overcoming complex challenges and improving project delivery performance.
• Drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of the CAPEX project management function.
• Monitor department performance to align with strategic priorities and business goals.
