Job summary

The Head of Post-Trade Platform is responsible for leading the evolution of post-trade technology within a prominent energy trading company. This role involves overseeing the adoption of a strategic data platform and ensuring alignment between local and global business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading enterprise data, platform, or post-trade technology organizations in complex environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETRM platforms and advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Deep understanding of post-trade processes and operational requirements for Finance, Risk, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Drive the adoption of the FinTRACE platform and ensure alignment with platform standards.
• Guide the integration of BI and reporting capabilities into a unified post-trade data platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Trading on transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance and operating models to enhance decision-making and resilience.
