Head of Portfolio Marketing

Job summary

This role involves leading the Portfolio Marketing team within the Continence Care sector, focusing on driving a cohesive commercial strategy across products and services. The position requires a strategic marketer who can effectively communicate and execute portfolio initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or a similar commercial role
• Proven experience in leading complex, global projects
• Background in healthcare and/or sales is advantageous
• Experience in international environments is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Portfolio Marketing team
• Implement an end-to-end portfolio strategy, including communication to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and users
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable go-to-market plans
• Create communication strategies for HCPs and consumers based on market insights
• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns focusing on impact and ROI
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a cross-channel strategy
• Ensure alignment with markets and enhance global stakeholder collaboration
• Initiate brand-building efforts to boost awareness and loyalty
• Share best practices across markets and headquarters
• Maintain strong internal communication regarding marketing initiatives
