Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience, particularly from a top-tier management consultancy.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and programs from inception to completion.
• Deep experience in operating model development, organizational design, and change enablement.
• Strong business partnering skills at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall project plans to facilitate collaboration among entities, tracking progress and impact.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on strategy and remove barriers.
• Challenge and provide insights to senior leaders on strategic issues.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership teams and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure strategic initiatives are progressing effectively.
