Job summary

This role involves leading the Partner and Distributor Markets across the EMEA region for a Wound & Tissue Repair business unit. Reporting to the VP EMEA, India & LATAM, the position focuses on driving performance and growth in both distributor and operated markets.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in partner sales, key account management, business development, or commercial excellence.
  • Background in the healthcare and medical devices industry.
  • Experience with B2B or distributor/partner sales models.
  • Master's degree with strong academic credentials.

Travel

  • Own the cluster's P&L, ensuring alignment from strategic direction to financial outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to distributors, shaping their strategic and commercial agendas.
  • Develop and implement market strategies in collaboration with distributors and internal teams.
  • Identify and drive improvements in market access, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Manage performance through regular business updates and reviews.
  • Explore and enter potential new markets.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including forecasts and KPI delivery.
  • Participate in cross-regional projects, such as the annual Distributor Bootcamp.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Structured, analytical, and financially literate.
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expected travel of approximately 50 days annually.
