Job summary

This role is a leadership position focused on enhancing mobile user acquisition and driving significant revenue growth in global markets. The successful candidate will develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies for mobile applications, collaborating with various teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a senior mobile marketing or growth leadership role managing $1M+ monthly marketing budgets.
  • Proven success in mobile app acquisition, especially in Tier 1 markets.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and mobile ad networks.
  • Familiarity with global in-app partners and mobile advertising ecosystems.
  • Analytical skills with experience in optimizing metrics like LTV, CPA, EROI, and retention.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple apps or products in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent English (B2+) and Russian communication skills.
  • Web2App experience is advantageous.
