Job summary

This role involves leading the marketing function for a B2B SaaS company focused on serving churches. The Head of Marketing & Community will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, oversee brand positioning, and manage content and community engagement efforts. This position is integral to the leadership team and requires collaboration with Revenue and Product teams to enhance brand trust and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in building brand awareness in trust-driven markets.
  • Strong skills in product marketing, including messaging and launch strategies.
  • Experience in contributing to revenue growth alongside sales teams.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on team voice.
  • Experience managing a distributed team across multiple countries.
  • Proficient communication skills in English; additional languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-year marketing strategy focused on growth and market penetration.
  • Establish brand recognition as a trusted partner for churches.
  • Create content and thought leadership initiatives to build trust and engagement.
  • Oversee product marketing efforts, including launches and competitive positioning.
  • Lead community engagement through webinars, newsletters, and events.
  • Define marketing's contribution to revenue in collaboration with the Revenue team.
  • Mentor and develop the existing marketing team while planning for future expansion.
  • Manage budget, vendor relationships, and marketing technology tools.

Education
