About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the marketing function for a technology partner focused on churches in Europe. The Head of Marketing & Community will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year marketing strategy, enhancing brand recognition, and fostering community engagement through various channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build brand and category awareness in trust-driven markets.
  • Strong experience in product marketing, including successful launches and messaging.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on maintaining a consistent voice.
  • Experience managing a distributed team across different countries.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth.
  • Establish brand positioning to be recognized as a partner by churches.
  • Create content and thought leadership initiatives to build trust.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Oversee community engagement through events and newsletters.
  • Define marketing's contribution to revenue in collaboration with the Revenue team.
  • Coach and develop the marketing team while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
