Job summary

This role focuses on leading marketing efforts for new B2C digital products in competitive global markets. The Head of Marketing will define and implement go-to-market strategies, influencing the entire user journey from acquisition to monetization in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or marketing leadership roles within B2C digital products.
  • Proven track record of impacting core business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
