Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to the Executive Vice President and business area leadership on strategy, organization design, and culture.
• Lead the HR agenda across designated geographical areas, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services.
• Translate enterprise HR strategies into actionable people priorities and implement them in collaboration with senior HR leaders.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with HR governance and manage employee relations effectively.
• Lead HR aspects of major organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
• Represent business area needs in enterprise HR discussions to enhance overall HR effectiveness.
