Job summary

The role involves overseeing the global strategy for compensation, benefits, executive pay, job architecture, and mobility within the organization. This position reports to the Chief People & Communication Officer and plays a crucial role in shaping reward frameworks to attract a technology-focused workforce.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in global compensation, benefits, executive remuneration, and mobility.
  • Proven ability to lead reward cycles and specialist teams.
  • Experience with job architecture, pay transparency, and governance in an international context.
  • Familiarity with working alongside senior stakeholders, including executive and board levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate business needs into effective reward solutions.
  • Experience in a publicly listed company is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the global Total Rewards and Mobility strategy.
  • Oversee annual reward cycles, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentives (LTI).
  • Own and evolve the global job architecture and support EU Pay Transparency readiness.
  • Support governance for executive compensation and board remuneration.
  • Ensure that reward practices are scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled globally.
  • Manage the global mobility framework, policies, and vendor arrangements.
