Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or strategy.
  • Proven track record in leading pricing transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with value-based pricing approaches and managing global projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a multi-year pricing maturity roadmap.
  • Develop pricing strategies for spare parts, consumables, and services.
  • Improve pricing governance and drive accountability in pricing decisions.
  • Lead negotiations for major customer agreements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performance global team focused on business impact.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Action-oriented leadership with effective decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in matrix organizations and leading cross-regional initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Tools
