Job summary

Lead the development of digital experiences that enhance customer interactions across Nordic markets. As the Head of Experience Platforms, you will oversee critical platforms and capabilities that shape the digital customer experience, ensuring alignment between technology, commercial goals, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with digital customer experience platforms.
• Solid technical background to make informed decisions and priorities.
• Previous roles as a Technical Product Owner, Platform Owner, Product Manager, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams.
• Understanding of modern e-commerce architecture and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with search, personalization, CMS, frontend, or related platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Experience Platforms area.
• Ensure stable operations across platforms that support customer experience.
• Translate commercial priorities into actionable platform roadmaps and deliverables.
• Drive prioritization and execution across the platform portfolio.
• Foster collaboration among Platform Owners, development teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• Build a strong platform team with expertise and autonomy.
• Integrate new Experience Platforms into the organization as needed.

Education
