This role focuses on enhancing project excellence within Digital & Commercial Tech, emphasizing effective planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects. The Head of Digital Project Excellence will lead a team to foster a pragmatic project culture that supports agile methodologies and complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading Project Managers
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate across teams and functions
• Experience with portfolio or quarterly planning
• Ability to create structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
• Curiosity and experience with AI automation and agent-based workflows
• Background in software development or digital product organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Project Excellence team of three cross-functional Project Managers
• Drive large, cross-functional digital projects with multiple dependencies
• Coach Platform Owners and teams on effective project practices
• Share best practices and establish a common approach to project execution
• Facilitate quarterly planning and capacity planning for development teams
• Coordinate with local and offshore teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Strengthen collaboration across a complex stakeholder landscape
