Job summary

This role involves leading the Data & Intelligence area, overseeing team management, delivery of data services, and product direction within a renewable energy context. The position is based in Copenhagen and focuses on translating business needs into effective data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical or data-focused teams, preferably in software, data engineering, or analytics.
• Strong technical background with experience in product or architecture ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and deliver technical products and services.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects is advantageous.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills across various domains.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Intelligence team, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the team.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of data management services and reporting solutions.
• Act as delivery owner for data pipelines and analytical outputs, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in data management processes and tools.
• Own the architectural strategy and product roadmap, ensuring scalability and coherence.
