Job summary

This senior leadership position focuses on the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator-driven growth. The role involves shaping and scaling the creative engine for large-scale paid media performance across multiple high-growth consumer brands.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or performance-driven agency managing multiple clients.
  • Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes, such as improved conversion rates and revenue growth through creative strategy.
  • Expertise in direct response marketing and paid social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to translate data insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for advising senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall creative strategy and performance standards for a diverse portfolio of high-growth consumer brand clients.
  • Build and operationalize creative frameworks and SOPs based on platform insights and performance data.
  • Lead a team of performance creative strategists to diagnose performance issues and develop effective creative concepts.
  • Oversee the creative production process to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with creator and talent teams to align production and media execution for optimal performance.
  • Conduct creative onboarding for new clients to establish strong momentum.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients with clarity and conviction.
  • Analyze creative performance trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to balance creative instinct with performance data.
  • Experience working across multiple industries or brand types is highly desirable.

Education

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative intelligence tools and performance marketing systems is a plus.
