Job summary

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the global creative vision and art direction for a brand across various channels and markets. The individual will lead an in-house creative team and collaborate with external agency partners to ensure high-quality, innovative output that aligns with brand strategy and delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Over 12 years of experience in senior creative leadership roles for global brands, showcasing a strong portfolio of impactful work.
  • Extensive knowledge in art direction, design, and copywriting, with an understanding of how creative efforts influence brand building and performance.
  • Proven experience in building and leading diverse creative teams, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
  • Strong skills in managing global creative agency relationships, balancing creative excellence with commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with creative AI tools and a keen interest in emerging technologies that enhance creative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and working across global and regional teams.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the global creative vision and brand expression across all platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable creative platforms that foster emotional connections and drive commercial success.
  • Inspire and develop the in-house creative team and external agency partners, establishing clear standards and a culture of excellence.
  • Manage the global creative agency ecosystem to ensure high-quality output and collaborative partnerships.
  • Act as the brand's global guardian, evolving guidelines and systems for consistent yet locally relevant brand expression.
  • Integrate creative processes early in campaign development, collaborating across various marketing functions.
  • Advocate for the use of creative AI tools to improve quality, efficiency, and personalization while maintaining brand integrity.
