Qualifications

  • Over 12 years of experience in senior creative leadership roles for global brands, with a strong portfolio of impactful work.
  • Extensive knowledge in art direction, design, and copywriting, with an understanding of how creative work influences brand performance.
  • Proven experience in building and leading diverse creative teams, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strong skills in managing global creative agency relationships, balancing creativity with commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with creative AI tools and a curiosity for emerging technologies in the creative space.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the global creative vision and brand expression across all channels.
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable creative platforms that foster emotional connections and drive commercial impact.
  • Inspire and guide the in-house creative team and external agency partners, establishing standards and a culture of excellence.
  • Manage the global creative agency ecosystem to ensure high-quality output and accountability.
  • Act as the brand guardian, evolving guidelines and systems for consistent yet locally relevant brand expression.
  • Integrate creative processes early in campaigns, collaborating across various marketing functions.
  • Advocate for the use of creative AI tools to enhance efficiency and maintain brand integrity.
