Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in senior creative leadership roles for global or complex brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing distinctive and effective creative work.
  • Deep knowledge in art direction, design, and copywriting.
  • Proven ability to build and lead diverse creative teams with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Experience managing global creative agency relationships with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with creative AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating attention to detail and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global creative vision and brand expression across all channels.
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable creative platforms that foster emotional connections.
  • Guide and develop the in-house creative team and external agency partners.
  • Manage the global creative agency ecosystem to ensure high-quality output and collaboration.
  • Act as the guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent yet locally relevant expression.
  • Integrate creative early in the campaign process across various marketing functions.
  • Advocate for the use of creative AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency while maintaining brand integrity.
