Head of Connectivity (Investment Management)

Job summary

The Head of Connectivity will lead the Connectivity Services team, focusing on enhancing client onboarding and operational efficiency for a rapidly growing investment management platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and support for clients within the financial technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering services for mission-critical enterprise software.
• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Domain expertise in capital markets, particularly for the Buy Side.
• Experience in managing production support operations, including extended-hours coverage.
• Strong background in designing and implementing standardized operational processes.
• Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the Connectivity Services team to meet increasing client demands.
• Enhance client onboarding processes for efficiency and speed.
• Scale production support to ensure 24/5 operational coverage.
• Develop and implement repeatable processes for consistency across clients.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics.
• Manage third-party engagements to meet client expectations.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues within Connectivity Services.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support pipeline development.
• Work closely with Product Management to align connectivity solutions with client needs.
• Effectively manage resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes.
