Job summary

The Head of Group Compliance Due Diligence Program is responsible for managing key global compliance initiatives within a regulated international environment. This role involves overseeing the Group Third-Party Due Diligence Program and the Group Sanctions & Export Controls Program, ensuring effective governance, strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement across various regions and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, finance/accounting, business, or a related field
• Over 7 years of experience in a corporate compliance role, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or finance
• Proven experience in managing global compliance frameworks, particularly in third-party due diligence
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group Third-Party Due Diligence Program and the Group Sanctions & Export Controls Program, including governance and policy development
• Establish annual goals, risk assessments, and operational priorities for compliance programs
• Monitor implementation across all corporate functions and regions for consistency and effectiveness
• Evaluate and implement digital solutions for due diligence and compliance processes, including AI-enabled options
• Prepare periodic reports for senior stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Management
