Job summary

This role involves leading the Group Compliance Audit Program and the Group Speak-Up Program in a regulated international environment. The position is responsible for governance, strategy, implementation, training, monitoring, reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement across various regions and corporate functions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in law, finance/accounting, business, or a related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in a corporate compliance function, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or finance
  • Proven experience in managing global compliance frameworks and conducting compliance audits
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across various levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Group Compliance Audit and Speak-Up Programs, including governance and related processes
  • Set annual goals, risk assessments, and operational priorities for compliance programs
  • Conduct compliance audits and implement digital solutions for audit and reporting processes
  • Manage investigations of policy breaches, including documentation and recommendations
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior stakeholders, including executive management and governance forums

  • Strong governance, risk, audit, and investigation expertise
  • Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical processes
  • Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across functions and regions

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital solutions for compliance management and reporting is preferred.
