Job summary

This role involves leading a high-performing Commercial Projects team within a Commercial Development organization, overseeing a portfolio of global and country-specific commercial initiatives. The position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on project management, requiring close collaboration with country leadership and HQ stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy or business development, preferably from management consulting, strategy, business analytics, or corporate development roles.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities in fluent English.
• Experience in portfolio and project governance, successfully delivering complex commercial projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging senior global and local stakeholders effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Master’s or MBA degree, ideally with a mix of quantitative and qualitative disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Projects team, providing feedback and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Manage and prioritize the project portfolio to ensure focus and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Drive high-impact country projects through structured problem-solving and governance.
• Collaborate with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders to co-create actionable recommendations.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred, with a balance of quantitative and qualitative disciplines.
