Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing commercial performance within the Wound & Tissue Repair (WTR) sector across various international markets. The position involves collaboration with regional leaders and local teams to improve financial planning, reporting, and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or similar roles
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data visualization skills, including proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience in international markets or global organizations is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for commercial finance and excellence in international WTR markets
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across different countries
• Analyze financial and commercial results, providing actionable insights for leadership
• Develop standardized dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility and decision-making
• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration and drive commercial excellence initiatives
