Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, business development, portfolio management, or technology-driven business validation
• Preferred experience in the wind industry or broader energy transition
• Strong financial acumen for building and challenging business cases
• Experience in complex technical environments involving engineering, digital solutions, manufacturing, or R&D
• Proven ability to guide stakeholders and advance initiatives across organizational boundaries
• Experience in preparing strategic presentations for senior management
