Job summary

This role involves leading the brand strategy and marketing for In-House Brands across the Nordic region, focusing on building a strong brand presence and commercial impact. The position is pivotal in developing one of Denmark's most recognized brands into a Nordic power brand while managing a team and collaborating with various functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and growing consumer brands, preferably in FMCG/CPG, beauty, or private label retail.
• Strong background in brand strategy and development, including positioning, packaging, and activation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across various levels.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of driving brand growth.
• Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with AI applications in brand building and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand platform for [company] Striber and develop it into a Nordic proposition.
• Define roles, positioning, and identities for the In-House Brand portfolio.
• Set direction for visual identity, packaging, and design across brands.
• Prioritize marketing investments to maximize growth and brand impact.
• Create launch models and toolkits for effective market entry.
• Define brand presence across various channels including stores and eCommerce.
• Lead and develop the In-House Brand Marketing & Brand team.
