• Experience in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Leadership experience in building and managing teams in AI, Business Development, data, or technology.
• Ability to thrive in complex environments and take ownership of execution and results.
• Pragmatic, business-first mindset with a focus on progress over perfection.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a business-led AI strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Drive the adoption of AI across the organization, ensuring it becomes integral to operations.
• Build, lead, and scale the AI team and its capabilities.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible and compliant AI use.
• Design and implement a scalable AI operating model.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize AI use cases based on their potential value and feasibility.
• Establish metrics for ROI, value creation, and performance tracking of AI initiatives.
