Hardware Installation Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves installing, upgrading, testing, and commissioning advanced radiotherapy equipment for healthcare facilities across Europe. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to meaningful healthcare advancements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong technical foundation with troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in a technical, engineering, service, installation, or customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade products at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist colleagues in problem resolution.
• Conduct customer acceptance testing and support during system handover.
• Provide basic operational training to customers.
• Engage in ongoing technical training and professional development.
• Record activities using designated reporting tools.
• Plan and coordinate business travel and expenses.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams across Europe.
