Hardware Installation Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves the installation, upgrading, testing, and commissioning of advanced radiotherapy equipment in a fully remote capacity. The position is part of a Northern Europe Installation Team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences in healthcare settings across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of IT networks and computer systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade products at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist colleagues with problem resolution.
• Conduct customer acceptance testing and support during system handover.
• Provide basic operational training to customers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
• Record activities using dedicated reporting tools.
• Plan and coordinate business travel and expenses.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, and technical specialists across Europe.

Education

Travel Requirements

This role requires approximately 70% travel, with assignments typically lasting 2–4 weeks, primarily across Scandinavia and Europe.
