Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement development initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the recruiting and onboarding processes, including FTE planning and onboarding strategies.
• Lead the Ecosystem Engagement and Communications team for effective collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating communication between departments.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment that motivates individuals to excel.
• Oversee ongoing administration, meeting follow-ups, and ensure decisions are acted upon.
