Qualifications

  • Experience in public policy within the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of the political landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful projects, with commercial pharmaceutical experience being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for Governmental Affairs to optimize brand performance.
  • Monitor political developments relevant to healthcare and contribute to internal and external committee work.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on governmental affairs and public policy positions.
  • Lead transformative projects and report on their progress to the business.

Skills

  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and create strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience working with parliament, ministries, trade associations, or similar organizations.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
